PARKING KITTY
Parking Kitty is Portland’s official mobile parking app that allows users to handle their entire parking experience from phone without worrying about finding a machine and digging for coins.
GOAL
This is an app redesign project with the goal of solving three current user problems and achieve a better user experience that is smoother, faster, and easier to navigate.

PROBLEMS (Feb 2022)
1) great functions being placed in unnoticeable places;
2) order process that separates each piece of order information into individual steps;
3) meaningless info button.
SOLUTIONS
Relocate the function tab to Home Screen as a button.
Combine info selections into a single page, with options by the drop-down button.
Info button with helpful information.
